Congratulations to UNFI’s 2025 Top Women in Grocery and Star Women in Grocery Honorees

UNFI is proud to recognize the 23 exceptional associates who have been named by Progressive Grocer and Canadian Grocer as 2025 Top Women in Grocery and Star Women in Grocery, the most prestigious awards programs honoring female leaders and achievers in the North American food retail and grocery industry.

These remarkable women exemplify the inclusive, high-performing culture UNFI is building to create value for our partners and our communities. Through inspired leadership and a commitment to giving back, they are driving the grocery industry forward and helping UNFI create a Better Future for everyone we serve.

Top Women in Grocery (TWIG) and Star Women in Grocery recognize and celebrate women who go above and beyond in their roles, inspire those around them, and create  value for their teams, partners, and communities. The program honors women at all levels, from Senior-Level Executives to Rising Stars and Store Managers.
