*Drivers based in the Spokane or Burlington locations receive six paid holidays, two paid floating holidays, and the following additional paid time off (subject to waiting period and usage requirements per applicable company policy):
o Accrual (per pay period) of 40 paid vacation hours per year; plus
o Accrual (per pay period) of personal/sick time at the rate of 1 hour for every 40 hours worked (or 52 hours, whichever is greater).
Other Paid Time Off (amounts vary per policy and depending on the specific circumstances for leave; type and amount of other paid time off may vary according to any applicable collective bargaining agreement): Bereavement (3 days); Jury (up to 2 weeks), and parental leave (duration dependent on Short Term Disability eligibility and other eligibility requirements, but most associates will be eligible for up to 4 weeks of paid parental leave).
