These UNFI associates are creating value for our customers and suppliers while driving innovation across every part of our business. 

“Circle of Excellence is more than an award,” said Jenny Aguirre, Senior Vice President of Human Resources for UNFI. “It’s a celebration of associates who are making meaningful impacts on our business and our culture. Recognition like this helps our people feel valued, inspired, and connected to our purpose: to deliver Better Food and create a Better Future for our partners, our communities and each other.” 

UNFI leaders recently gathered with winners to celebrate and connect.  

“It was honor to be selected for Circle of Excellence and exciting to celebrate with my peers,” said Matt Robidoux, Senior Account Manager for UNFI. “Seeing and collaborating with other associates who dedicate themselves to Doing The Right Thing and helping make UNFI a better place for all left me with a sense of camaraderie and belonging. It was extraordinary.”
