Hershey Import Co., Inc. is one of the leading importers, processors, packagers, and wholesale distributors of nuts, dried fruit, seeds, trail mixes, natural and organic products, and confections in the United States. Product is sold in bulk and in our own packaged snack lines, EXPRESSnacks and Woodfield Farms. We also do private label packaging for many large health food, supermarket and convenience store chains.

Our facility is fully automated with state of the art manufacturing and packaging equipment. We formulate our own mixes and can custom blend mixes upon request. We are able to accommodate our customers with customized label designs, and we offer a wide range of packaging options, such as laminated bags, tamper-proof resealable Zip-Lock bags, tamper-proof plastic tubs and disposable bulk cartons. All roasting is done on the premises.

Hershey Import Co., Inc, headquartered in Edison, NJ was started in 1971. The company began by importing nuts, dried fruit and seed and selling in bulk to wholesalers and distributors in the metropolitan New York area. Since then, we have expanded our customer base throughout the country and made our own niche in the packaged goods industry.

We currently have packaging, roasting, and processing facilities in New Jersey and have a warehouse in Los Angeles, CA for servicing customers on the West Coast.

In February of 1998, Hershey Import Co., Inc. became a division of United Natural Foods, and we are now importing a complete line of natural and organic products. In addition to our own private label program of EXPRESSnacks and Woodfield Farms, a new line, Woodstock Farms, was introduced to natural foods stores across the country.
