TransFair USA celebrates Fair Trade Month: 31 Days, 31 Ways
TransFair USA is gearing up for another annual Fair Trade Month national campaign this October. “31 Days, 31 Ways” is the theme, and they have designed a campaign that will engage consumers where they spend most of their time: online.
Each day, TransFair USA will provide new facts, visuals and consumer actions that will lead to increased engagement and ultimately, in-store purchases. To make this campaign work, they need your support. Thus, TransFair USA has come up with plenty of ways for your company to get involved!
Go to www.FairTradeMonth.org and click on Download the Fair Trade Month 2009 Partner Program, for event information, suggested activity checklists, and links to online resources and available POP materials. Also included are details on the new Adopt-a-Day program, in which licensees and retailers can sponsor a day in October for added promotional exposure. Here’s what you will find in the document:
- Fair Trade Month Article and Impact Stories: For use on your website or blog, or for inclusion in newsletters
- Fair Trade Month Online: TransFair USA will engage consumers using Twitter, Facebook, Flickr, Google and FairTradeMonth.org. Find out how you can participate!
- Computer Widget: A dynamic tool that you will be able to embed on your website or blog. The widget will display a new Fair Trade fact and consumer action each day, as well as upcoming events.
