Fiscal Year and Fourth Quarter Results Announced
September 8, 2010: UNFI today announced results for the Fiscal Year and Fourth Quarter 2010.
Fourth Quarter 2010 Highlights
- Net sales increased 15.8% to $988.5 million, or 13.2% to $966.4 million excluding acquisitions, compared with the fourth quarter of fiscal 2009
- $0.40 diluted EPS for Q4 2010, an 11% increase over the fourth quarter of fiscal 2009
Fiscal 2010 Highlights
- Net sales for fiscal 2010 were $3.76 billion, an 8.7% increase over the prior fiscal year.
- Diluted EPS was $1.57 per share, a 14.3% increase over fiscal 2009.
