How do I get access to your customer website?
Current UNFI customers may get access to our customer website by:
- Go to www.unfi.com
- Select your UNFI warehouse or division from the drop down box in the log-in area
- Click "Log On Request Form"
- Fill out the requested information.
- Submit the form

Is product, pricing and other information available, even if I am not a UNFI customer with a web user account?
The information furnished is proprietary to United Natural Foods, Inc. and/or its customers. Access to our web site is only made available to UNFI customers to help their businesses grow and operate efficiently. We encourage all customer to sign-up for access to our customer website

How do I get my password if I forget it? 
In the log in area, select your UNFI location and enter your username, then click "Forgot Password". A new password will be emailed to you. If you have forgotten your username, please contact Customer Service. Remember, it is your responsibility to keep your password secure.

I can't log-in since I secured my browser. Why?
Some security procedures have you disable various types of scripting in your browser. Almost every page of our website (and most others on the Internet) require your browser to run programs that are sent to it. These programs, know as "scripts", must be allowed to run on your computer (the 'client') to retrieve information from you. We use this information to fulfill the needs of our computers to be able to complete your requests. If you have turned "scripting" off, you must turn it back on within your browser (selecting either "allow" or "prompt") before our servers will allow you to have access to our protected areas.
Because so many manufacturers and versions of browsers exist, we ask that you refer to your specific browser's help menu regarding setting Security and Scripting on your system. Since we are not familiar with your system and its software, we will not be able to assist you.
